In April 2011, Unique was awarded the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract listed above.  This MAS Schedule 073 entitled Food Service, Hospitality, Cleaning Equipment and Supplies, Chemicals, and Services, with Attachment 1 FSC 68 - Chemicals and Chemical Products, Road Stabilization Products/Ice Melting Chemical, Aircraft Deicers, Sodium Chloride, Water Purification and Treatment Chemicals, Disinfectants, Deodorants, Insect Repellant and Propane (Bulk and Cylinder) are offered to the Government for Special Item Number 476 13 for the contract period April 1, 2011 - March 31, 2016.

LEMON DISINFECTANT CLEANER CONCENTRATE (EPA REG.) #13

Lemon Disinfectant reduces the surface tension of water improving its wet ability. Microbes are capable of mass reproduction in sub-visible
pores, scratches and cracks of surfaces. Lemon Disinfectant is effective against a wide variety of gram-negative bacteria. It is also an excellent deodorant and is especially effective in controlling odors that are bacterial in origin. Lemon Disinfectant mixes with water to form clear stable use solutions. Use solutions are non-corrosive and non-staining to plastics, vinyl,

MINT DISINFECTANT CLEANER CONCENTRATE (EPA REG.) #12

Mint Disinfectant is effective against a wide variety of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Kills: Salmonella choleraesuis ATCC 10708, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Streptococcus pyogenes ATCC 9342 Escherichia coli ATCC 11229, Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 13048, Shigellasonnel, Candida albicans. Mint Disinfectant is also an excellent deodorant. It is especially effective in controlling odors that are bacterial in
origin.

ALL-PURPOSE CLEANER CONCENTRATE #57

Especially designed for use on all fine composition floors such as asphalt, linoleum, rubber
and vinyl tiles. Also excellent for wood, concrete, terrazzo, and marble. Safe to use on all
washable surfaces. Has outstanding cleaning power to remove soil, grime and heavy grease
deposits, yet gentle enough to clean pained surfaces. May be used as a car wash.
